针对复合材料加筋壁板干筋条湿蒙皮共胶接工艺,提出对已固化筋条进行倒角,消除共胶接过程因筋条导致的蒙皮铺层褶皱和纤维屈曲。通过截面金相显微分析研究了筋条倒角对蒙皮铺层褶皱和纤维屈曲的影响规律,通过建立悬臂梁模型分析了筋条倒角对加筋壁板刚性的影响。结果表明,筋条倒角后,蒙皮铺层褶皱消除,随筋条倒角角度的减小,铺层内纤维屈曲情况逐渐减弱,加筋壁板刚性先增加后降低,在倒角角度为30°时可以得到较优的综合性能。
Stiffener chamfering was developed to eliminate wrinkles of composite laminate and buckling of the fiber during co-bonding of stiffened composites.The evolution pattern of wrinkles and buckling under different chamfering angle were studied by section metallographic microscopic analysis.The influence of chamfering angle on stiffened panel rigidity was analyzed by building a cantilever beam model.Results revealed that wrinkles of composite laminate was eliminated after chamfering of stiffener,and as the chamfering angle decreases,the buckling of the fiber decreased gradually,the rigidity of the stiffened panel increased first and then decreased.Thus,the 30° chamfering of the stiffener was appropriate during co-bonding of stiffened composites.
